Steps Before the Session
- Step 1: Select a class date/time and call or fill out the "sign-up" and purchase a seat
- Step 2: Review the instructions sent by your coach in an email
- Step 3: Complete the pre-work documents in the email before the session
- Step 4: Review the Classroom Rules and Professionalism
- Step 5: Watch for a link in your email to understand how to use Webex/Zoom virtual classroom.
- Step 6: Double check your time zone, and join the group session on time.
Virtual Room Safety Rules
- Please make sure there are no distractions during the session. Noises, people, TV's and other distractions can all affect you and your classmates' ability to pay attention and learn.
- Please sit in a professional setting. Please do not attend class laying down or in bed. Sit at a desk or somewhere conducive to learning and sharing.
- Please try to be in an environment away from others.
- When you are not sharing in class, stay on mute to prevent background noise.
